Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Test Dates 2026 Out, PET/PST Schedule & Exam Districts

The Home Guards Department, Rajasthan, has officially announced Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Test Dates 2026 for 3,842 posts released under Rajasthan Home Guard Recruitment 2025. As per the schedule, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) has been scheduled from 16th March 2026 onwards at various district centres across the state.

Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Test Dates 2026 Out

The Physical Test for Rajasthan Home Guard Recruitment 2026 will commence from 16th March 2026 across 9 designated districts of Rajasthan, for which the district-wise detailed schedule, shift timings, and reporting time will be notified through admit cards on the official website www.home.rajasthan.gov.in.

A total of 3842 posts are being recruited under the Rajasthan Home Guard Vacancy 2026. Of these, 3545 posts are reserved for Home Guard volunteers in urban areas and 297 posts are reserved for Border Home Guards.

Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Test Details

Both PST and PET are qualifying in nature. Candidates who do not meet the required physical standards will not be allowed to appear in the further stages of the selection process.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

The first stage of the Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Test 2026 is the Physical Standard Test (PST). In this stage, the height, chest measurement (for male candidates), and weight (for female candidates) will be examined.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates who qualify the PST will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). In the PET, candidates will be required to complete a 5 km running test within the prescribed time limit based on their category.

Rajasthan Home Guard Selection Process

There will be no written examination for this recruitment. Selection will be based solely on the physical efficiency test and special qualifications.

• 25 marks are assigned for the PET
• 20 marks for special qualifications.
• This means a total of 45 marks will be used to prepare the merit list.
• This will be followed by document verification and a medical test.

Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Test Districts

The Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Test 2026 will be conducted at 9 designated district centres across the state. Candidates will be allotted a specific district centre based on their application details. The district-wise schedule and venue will be mentioned in the official admit card.
