Candidates who are appearing for their OSSSC Excise Constable exam must carry certain documents to the exam centre. These documents verify candidates’ identity and allow candidates to sit for the exam. The documents or items that are required for the exam are given below:

1. A coloured/black-and-white printout of the OSSSC Excise Constable Admit Card 2026.

OSSSC Excise Constable Written Exam Pattern 2026

OSSSC conducts an OMR-based written exam for the Excise Constable recruitment. The written exam has 100 MCQs of a total of 100 marks that candidates need to finish in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Marking Scheme:

• For each correct answer, the candidate gets +1 mark.
• For each wrong answer, the candidate loses 0.25 marks.

Note: If candidates mark more than one answer in the OMR sheet, a negative marking of 0.25 will be done. In case candidates leave an unanswered question, no negative marking will be done.
