The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has released the ONGC Apprentice Notification 2024 PDF on its official website https://ongcindia.com/ for the recruitment of a total of 2236 vacancies of Apprentices posts under the Apprentices Act 1961. The selection of candidates for the Apprentice post will be based on Merit List, Document Verification, and Medical Examination. The merit list basis of
marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying examination will be released on 15th November 2024.

ONGC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to apply online for ONGC Apprentice Recruitment 2024 aspirants age should be between 18 to 24 years. Also, they must have the required educational qualifications as per Trade/ Discipline. Candidates can refer to the official notification for more information.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed 10th/ 12th/ ITI/ Graduate/ B.Sc./ B.Tech/ BBA/ Diploma to be eligible to apply online for ONGC Apprentice Recruitment 2024.

AGE Limit (as on 25/10/2024)

Candidates age should be between 18 years to 24 years old to be eligible to apply online for ONGC Apprentice Recruitment 2024. The upper age relaxation for the reserved category will be provided as per govt rules.

ONGC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selections of candiadtes for Apprenticeship posts will be based on the merit drawn on the basis of
marks obtained in the qualifying examination. In case of a tie in merit, the older candidate will be given preference. No lobbying or influencing will be tolerated at any time and may lead to disqualification of the candidacy.

ONGC Apprentice Salary 2024

As per the official notification, candidates shortlisted for the Apprentice post will get Rs. 9,000/- per month. On the other hand, the aspirants hired for A year’s Diploma will get a salary of Rs. 8,050/-. The posts-wise salary details have been tabulated below in the table.

• Graduate Apprentice – Rs. 9,000/-
• Three years Diploma –  Rs. 8,050/-
• Trade Apprentices – Rs. 7,000/-
• Trade Apprentices – Rs. 7,700/-
• Trade Apprentices – Rs. 8,050/-
