What is the Eligibility for NTPC Assistant Executive?

Candidates must have completed B.E. / B.Tech Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and 18 to 35 years are eligible to apply for NTPC Recruitment 2026. Furthermore, detailed eligibility criteria are discussed below

NTPC Assistant Executive Salary 2026

A fixed monthly consolidated amount of Rs. 55,000/- will be paid to the candidates who will be selected for the post of Assistant Executives. Other additional benefits include HRA or company accommodation, night shift allowance (if applicable), and medical facility for self, spouse, two children, and dependent parents.

NTPC Assistant Executive (Operation) – Job Profile & Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for the following duties at NTPC plant sites:

1. Operating and supervising equipment at site, including isolation, normalisation, and all other related activities.
2. Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed at all times.
3. Identifying and troubleshooting any problem pertaining to equipment at site.
4. Compliance with all regulations, guidelines, and SOPs from time to time.

Note: Candidates may be required to work in shifts, including night shift. Management reserves the right to post in suitable function as per requirement. The job is transferable between any of the plants of NTPC / JVs / Subsidiaries.
