The National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) has released the answer key for the NCERT Computer-Based Test (CBT) Examination held for Group A, B & C posts. With the release of the Response Sheet PDF for the CBT exam, candidates can match their answers with the answers provided by NCERT, and in case of any discrepancy, candidates can also raise an objection against the same.

NCERT Recruitment Answer Key 2026 Out

The answer key helps candidates to verify their responses, calculate their estimated marks, and start preparing for the next phase, i.e., Skill Test & Interview. After downloading the NCERT Group A, B, and C Answer Key 2026, candidates must calculate their marks with the official marking scheme by allotting 1 mark to every correct answer and deducting 0.25 marks from every wrong answer.

NCERT CBT examination under Advt. No. 01/2025 was conducted for various 173 Group A, B & C Non-Teaching posts, namely Clerk, Accountant, Engineer, Technician, Computer Operator, and Other Posts. The selection process comprises the Written Examination, Skill Test & Interview.

NCERT Non-Teaching Answer Key 2026 Download Link

NCERT Non-Teaching Answer Key 2026 for Group A, B & C Non-Teaching Posts has been released on 30th April 2026 at the official website www.ncert.nic.in for candidates who attempted the NCERT CBT Exam held on 27th and 28th April 2026. Candidates need their login details, i.e., User ID and password, to successfully download the response sheet PDF.

How to Download NCERT Group A, B, and C Answer Key 2026?

  1. Visit the official website of the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT), www.ncert.nic.in.
  2. Look to the “latest announcement” section.
  3. Click on the link titled “Answer Key Link for CBT conducted on 24th, 25th & 27th March, 2026”.
  4. Candidates are redirected a new page.
  5. Enter the login credentials i.e. User ID and Password.
  6. Fill the captcha code as shown in the image and click on “Submit”.
  7. The answer key appears on the screen.
  8. Download and take a printout of the answer key PDF for future reference.

NCERT Answer Key 2026 Raise Objection Process

National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) allows candidates to challenge the NCERT Answer Key 2026 if they find any answer incorrect after checking their response sheet. Candidates can raise objections within a given time frame between 30th April to 2nd May 2026. The challenge process is completely online and must be completed within the time limit mentioned on the official website www.ncert.nic.in.

How to Calculate the NCERT Marks 2026?

Candidates can calculate their NCERT Group A, B, and C marks by using the official answer key and following the marking scheme set by the NCERT.

  1. Download the NCERT Group A, B, and C Answer Key 2026 and your response sheet from the official website www.ncert.nic.in.
  2. Check each question and count the number of correct answers.
  3. Add 1 mark for every correct answer.
  4. Deduct 0.25 mark for each wrong answer in the exam.
  5. Do not add or subtract marks for unattempted questions.
  6. Use this formula for each paper:
    (Correct answers × 1) − (Incorrect answers × applicable negative marking).

NCERT Result 2026

As the answer key for the NCERT Computer-Based Test (CBT) Examination has been released, it is now expected that the results with the qualifying status of candidates will be released by the end of May 2026. Only those candidates who declared qualified in the CBT exam will be shortlisted for the next stage, i.e., Skill Test/ Interview.
