MOIL, a reputed government mining company known for manganese ore extraction and supply across India, has conducted an MOIL online exam on 3rd April 2026 for the posts of Graduate Trainees, Management Trainees, and Manager posts. Candidates who participated in the exam are now waiting for the release of the provisional answer key. How to Download MOIL Graduate & Management Trainee Answer Key 2026?

Candidates who appeared for the Computer-Based Examination for the posts of Graduate Trainees, Management Trainees, and Managers can download the answer key by following the steps given below:

1. Visit the official website of MOIL Limited, https://www.moil.nic.
2. On the homepage, scroll down to the bottom of the page and search for a link “Recruitment”. Click on this.
3. A new window will open. In this page, look for a link titled, “RECRUITMENT OF GRADUATE TRAINEES / MANAGEMENT TRAINEES & MANAGER SURVEY.”
4. On the far right side of this link, you will find a blue link titled “Answer Key”. Click on this link.
5. The MOIL Answer Key 2026 will open on the screen in a PDF format.
6. Download the answer key and save it on your device.

MOIL Graduate and MT Answer Key 2026: Raise Objections

At first, MOIL will release a provisional answer key for the online exam. Candidates must carefully go through this answer key. In case they find any discrepancy, they must raise challenge(s). MOIL will provide an objection window for a specific time period for candidates to raise objections.

1. Go to the official website of MOIL Limited, https://www.moil.nic.
2. Open the “Recruitment” section on the homepage.
3. In this, locate the link titled, “RECRUITMENT OF GRADUATE TRAINEES / MANAGEMENT TRAINEES & MANAGER SURVEY” and click on this link.
4. Click on the Answer Key/Objection Link, just beside this link.
5. Now log in using your Registration Number and Date of Birth. This will open the objection window.
6. On this window, select the question number you wish to challenge and provide supporting documents.
7. Then, pay the objection fee using any online payment option and click on submit.
8. Download the objection confirmation page and take a printout of it for future reference.

MOIL Marking Scheme 2026

Following the release of the MOIL answer key, candidates must use the marking scheme to calculate how many marks they scored. The online exam had 85 questions for a total of 85 marks, which the candidates had to finish in 90 minutes. MOIL CBT marking scheme is given below:

1. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded.
2. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
3. Candidates can calculate their marks by using the formula:
   Probable Score: (Number of correct answers*1)-(Number of wrong answers*0.25)=Difference of marks.
