KSET Application 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a two-year postgraduate degree program in any subject from a UGC-recognized university and other state candidates must meet the general category minimum (55%+) for a Master’s degree. OR
- Candidates who have a two-year postgraduate diploma or certificate awarded by an Indian university or institution or a foreign degree or diploma or certificate should get its equivalence verified by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, before applying.
Age Limit
In KSET 2024, there is no age limit for candidates applying to take the Karnataka State Eligibility Test. This means individuals of all age groups are eligible to apply and appear for the examination, provided they meet the academic qualifications and other eligibility criteria specified by the conducting authorities.
Note:- Candidates who have passed the UGC-NET/CSIR JRF examination before 1989 are not eligible to apply KSET exam.
KSET Exam Pattern 2024
KSET 2024 will consist of two papers, both featuring objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Minimum Qualifying Marks For KSET 2024
