JKSET Exam Date 2025 Out, Admit Card Soon, Check Revised Dates

University of Jammu has announced the revised JKSET Exam Date 2025 through the official notice released on 7th July 2025 at https://www.jujkset.in/. As per the notice, the Jammu and Kashmir State Eligibility Test (JKSET) 2025 will be held on 7th September 2025 (Sunday). The candidates who have registered for the JKSET exam this year must start with their exam preparation, as it’s only 2 months before the exam is held.

Jammu & Kashmir State Eligibility Test (JK SET) is a state-level examination conducted every year to determine the eligibility of candidates for Assistant Professor positions in colleges and universities across the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The JKSET Exam Date 2025 for a total of 41 subjects will be held on 7th September 2025 (Sunday). The eligibility test will be held in offline mode, consisting of objective-type multiple-choice questions.

JKSET Admit Card 2025

As the JKSET Exam Date 2025 has been released officially, the JKSET Admit Card 2025 will be released 7 to 10 days before the exam date at the official website www.jujkset.in. To appear for the JKSET exam, all candidates must download and print their JKSET Admit Card 2025 ahead of time and bring it with them to the exam centre. Without the admit card, candidates will not be permitted entry into the examination hall.

The JKSET Admit Card 2025 Download Link for the JK SET exam will be made available at the official website University of Jammu. Candidates applied successfully for the JKSET can download their admit card from the official website www.jkset.in (after release).

Steps to Download the JKSET Admit Card

Candidates can download the JKSET Admit Card 2025 by following these steps.

  1. Go to the official website of the JKSET https://www.jujkset.in/.
  2. On the homepage of the JKSET tab, on text of Apply Online.
  3. A new page appears on the screen.
  4. Click on the link that says,” Download Admit Cards for the JKSET/LASET 2024-25 examination”.
  5. After clicking on the link, enter login details, either the Application Number and Roll Number or the Payment Transaction Ref. No and Mobile Number.
  6. After providing valid login details, tab on Click Here to Get Admit Card.
  7. The admit card of the Jammu and Kashmir State Eligibility Test appears on the system screen.
  8. Cross-check all the details and download the admit card.
  9. Take a printout of the JKSET Admit Card 2025 for further procedure at the exam centre.

Documents to Carry with the JKSET Admit Card 2025

Applicants are advised to carry a valid ID proof along with the JKSET Admit Card for verification purposes. The following items are required to be carried to the JKSET exam centre.

  • Jammu and Kashmir State Eligibility Test Admit Card
  • Two recent passport-size photographs
  • Identity Proof of the candidate, such as PAN Card/ Voter’s Card/Passport/ Aadhar Card etc

JKSET Exam Pattern 2025

  • The JKSET Exam contains two papers: Paper I and Paper II.
  • JSKET Paper I contains a total of 50 questions for 100 Marks.
  • JSKET Paper II contains a total of 100 questions for 200 Marks.
  • Candidates have 1 Hour for Paper I and 2 Hours for Paper II.
