Eligibility Criteria for Jharkhand Eligibility Test 2025

Candidates applying for the Jharkhand Eligibility Test 2025 must ensure that they fulfil the required eligibility in terms of their age and qualifications, to avoid disqualification of their applications. The Jharkhand Eligibility Test Eligibility overview is given below.

• General / EWS Category: Minimum 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s degree or equivalent from a UGC-recognized university.
• Reserved Categories (SC, ST, BC-I, BC-II, PwBD): At least 50% marks in Master’s degree. (Relaxation applicable only to permanent residents of Jharkhand).
• Final Year Students: Can apply provisionally if appearing or awaiting results. Must secure the required percentage within 2 years of result declaration.
• Ph.D. Holders: 5% relaxation if Master’s degree completed on or before 19th September 1991.
• Age Limit: The age of the candidates for the Jharkhand State Eligibility Test must be more than 21 years. There is no upper age limit for the examination.

JET Exam 2025 Application Fee

While submitting the JET Application Form 2025, candidates have to pay the application fee as per their category. Exam fee will be collected through Payment Gateway through
Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallet/Bharat QR/UPI.

JPSC JET Exam Pattern 2025

The exam is designed to test teaching & research aptitude along with subject knowledge. The JPSC JET 2025 will be held in offline mode using OMR sheets, and candidates need to answer multiple-choice questions (MCQs). It consists of two compulsory papers that must be completed within a single 3-hour session without any breaks. Since there is no negative marking, candidates are encouraged to attempt all questions.
