ISRO Scientist Recruitment 2025 Application Fee

- There is a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 250/-
- At first, everyone must pay Rs. 750 as a processing fee when applying.
- This processing fee will be refunded to candidates who appear for the written test:
- Full Rs. 750 refund for women, SC/ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen
- Rs. 500 refund for all other candidates after deducting the Rs. 250 application fee.

ISRO Scientist Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process for the ISRO Scientist Recruitment 2025 consists of a Written exam and an Interview
- Written Test: Candidates must appear for the written examination, which consists of Aptitude and Arithmetic Ability Test
- Interview: Candidates will be selected for the interview based on their written test results. Candidates will be selected in the ratio 1:5.
Final Selection Weightage
- Candidates will be selected, 50% weightage will be given to Written Test marks, and 50% weightage to Interview marks.
ISRO Scientist/Engineer 2025 Exam Pattern
Part A consists of 80 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) related to your engineering discipline.
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- 1/3 of the marks will be deducted for the incorrect attempt.
Part B consists of 15 objective-type questions on aptitude and reasoning, of 20 marks. There is no negative marking in this part.
- Part B includes topics like numerical reasoning, logical reasoning, diagrammatic reasoning, abstract reasoning, and deductive reasoning.

Salary Structure ISRO Scientist/Engineer
Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix and will be paid a minimum basic pay of Rs. 56,100/- per month. In addition, Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA], and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules on the subject. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme/Unified Pension Scheme.
