IBPS RRB Office Assistant Prelims Exam consists of 80 questions from the Reasoning and Quantitative sections for which 45 minutes are allotted to attempt all questions. From this time, IBPS has introduced sectional timing which is 25 minutes for solving 40 questions of reasoning ability and 20 minutes for solving 40 questions of numerical ability. The difficulty level of this shift is somewhere between Easy to Moderate which is same as the previously conducted three shifts. There were a total of 40 questions asked from the Quantitative sections and as per the reviews of candidates who appeared in 1st shift of 17th August, the level of questions were Easy to Moderate. There were 2 sets of DI asked in this shift. Arithmetic questions were asked from Profit & Loss, Mensuration, Time & Distance, Boat & Stream, Average, etc. A few questions as shared by the candidates are as follows-

2. 1, 8, 27, 64
3. Side of square is given. Parameter of Square= 2x perimeter of rectangle. Find length. 
4. SP= 3000, MP= 3750, Find CP?

IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims 2024

The IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims Exam consists of two sections namely Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude, each containing 40 multiple-choice questions with a total of 80 questions to be attempted in 45 minutes. A negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer is there in the RRB Clerk Prelims Exam. As there is sectional timing this time, candidates reviewed that this created time pressure which could eventually affect their marks.
