Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has come up with 225 Insurance Medical Officer (IMO) vacancies, inviting eligible candidates to apply. ESIC IMO recruitment will be conducted through the Pratibha Setu Portal based on the Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE)-2024 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The last date to send the application forms for these vacancies is 17th February 2026

The selection for Insurance Medical Officer (Grade 2) will be based solely on CMSE-2024 merit. There shall be no separate written exam or interview conducted by ESIC to select candidates.

The salary structure for the ESIC IMO post, as mentioned in the official notification, is as mentioned below.

• Pay Level: Level-10 (7th Pay Commission)
• Basic Pay: Rs. 56,100
• Maximum Pay: Rs. 1,77,500
• Additional Benefits:- Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA), DA, HRA, TA, and other Central Government allowances
