The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results of the CSIR NET Exam (JOINT CSIR-UGC NET DECEMBER, 2024) on 17th April 2025 at the official website at www.csirnet.nta.ac.in. The NTA had conducted the CSIR NET Exam (JOINT CSIR-UGC NET DECEMBER, 2024) on 28th February and 1st March, 2nd March 2025 in computer-based mode in 326 examination centres located in 164 cities across the country. A total of 2,38,451 candidates registered for the CSIR NET exam, of which 1,74,785 appeared for the exam. 1. Visit the official website https://csirnet.nta.ac.in/ on your internet browser.
2. Under the Latest News section, click on the link that reads “DECLARATION OF SCORES OF THE JOINT CSIR NET December 2024 Exam”.
3. Candidates are redirected to a new page.
4. Enter valid login details: Application Number, Date of Birth.
5. Fill captcha code and click on “submit” tab.
6. The CSIR UGC NET 2025 Result appears on the screen.

CSIR NET Minimum Qualifying Marks

Candidates have to secure the minimum qualifying marks in order to get shortlisted for JRF and Assistant Professor. The minimum marks for the General, EWS and OBC categories is 33% marks, while the SC/ST and PWD category minimum marks is 25%.

Candidates who declared qualified CSIR UGC NET Exam will be provided a Certificate has different validity periods for the JRF NET and Lectureship/Assistant Professor categories. The UGC NET Validity of the UGC NET E-Certificate for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is 3 years from the date of issuance, and validity for E-Certificate for Lectureship/Assistant Professor is Lifetime.
