CMPFO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility requirements for both posts are specified along with the official notification which states that candidates’ age should lie between the range of 18 to 27. Candidates have to complete the 12th class or equivalent for the Stenographer posts and should complete the Degree from a recognized university for the Social Security Assistant Posts.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Stenographer Grade III should complete the Intermediate or equivalent. And, for the Social Security Assistant, candidates must have a degree. The details of the skill test are mentioned below

Age Limit (As of Closing Date)

Candidates registering for this examination must be at least 18 years old and not older than 27 years. The provision of reservation is as per the government guidelines.

CMPFO Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

In the CMPFO Group C Recruitment, the selection is based on merit from the Public Disclosure List of non-recommended candidates from SSC Exams:

• For, the Stenographer Grade III selection is based on the Stenographer Grade C and D Examination 2022,
• Social Security Assistant selection is based on the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam 2023.
• The conducting Authority will make a selection list based on 1:3 of the vacancy to reserve list.
• In CMPFO Recruitment 2025, the authority will not conduct any interviews or skill tests for the selected candidates
• Selected Candidates must report to CMPFO HQ in Dhanbad, Jharkhand for document verification

CMPFO Group C Salary

Candidates who are selected in the final merit list of CMPFO for Group C posts will get the salary of the Level 4 Pay matrix as per the 7th Pay Commissions. The salary for the recruited candidates ranges from Rs.25000 to Rs.81000, in addition to this extra perks and allowances will be paid based on the cities they posted.
