1. Constable – After completing the probation period, selected candidates will be called constables.
2. Head Constable- Based on seniority or a specific period, constables will be promoted to Head Constables
3. Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI)- After becoming an ASI, a one-star badge is worn on the shoulder.
4. Sub-Inspector (SI)- As on seniority or on a departmental basis, a two-star batch is given to the sub-inspector posts
5. Inspector- This is a three-star batch which is worn on the shoulder. Like the previous posts, this position is given based on performance and seniority.
