APPSC Endowment Officer Recruitment 2025

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is responsible for conducting recruitment examinations for various Group 3 services, including the esteemed Endowment Officer posts. This recruitment process involves a written examination, computer proficiency test, document verification and medical examination.

APPSC Endowment Officer Recruitment 2025 Important Dates

The APPSC Endowment Officer Notification 2025 was released on 12th August 2025 by the APPSC. The online submission of the application form has started from 13th August 2025, and the last date to submit the application form is 2nd September 2025 (11:00 pm).

APPSC EO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who want to apply for the APPSC Endowment Officer Recruitment 2025 have to fulfil the Eligibility Criteria as specified by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission. The candidates must provide the correct information, as any false and misleading information can lead to disqualification. The candidates have to fulfil the criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit, for which details have been provided below.

Educational Qualification

• To be eligible to apply for the APPSC Endowment Officer Recruitment 2025, the candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from:
  (i) A University in India established by or under a Central Act, State Act, or Provincial Act, or
  (ii) Any other institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), or
  (iii) Any other equivalent qualification.
• Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce a Government Order within 10 days from the last date of application.

Age Limit

The candidates who want to apply for the Endowment Officer post must have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 42 years. Age relaxations will be provided for candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC and AP State Employees, Physically Handicapped, and ESM/NCC. Details are provided below.

Religion Requirement

• Candidates must profess the Hindu Religion only as per Section 29(3) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987.
• Candidates belonging to BC-C and BC-E are not eligible for this post.

Other Requirements

• Sound health, active habits, and free from any bodily defect or infirmity.
• Good character and antecedents suitable for public service.
• Must qualify the Computer Proficiency Test after the written exam as per G.O.Ms No.26, dated 24.02.2023.

APPSC Endowment Officer Application Fee 2025

All the candidates who will be applying for the recruitment have to pay an application fee before submitting their application forms. The fee is to be paid online using a payment gateway, like net banking/credit card/debit card.

• Application Processing Fee: ₹250 (for all Candidates)
• Examination Fee: ₹80
• The following categories do not have to pay the examination fee, but must still pay the processing fee:
  (i) SC, ST, BC, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PBDs), and Ex-Servicemen.
  (ii) Families with a white ration card issued by the AP Civil Supplies Department (AP residents only).
  (iii) Unemployed youth as per G.O.Ms No.439, dated 18/10/1996 (must submit a declaration later).
• Candidates from other states cannot claim fee exemption and must pay both ₹250 + ₹80 = ₹330.

APPSC Endowment Officer Selection Process

The eligible candidates who will be applying for the APPSC Endowment Officer Recruitment 2025 have to undergo a multiple-stage selection process. To be selected for the post of Executive Officer, candidates must qualify at each stage. There will be 4 stages that have been mentioned below.

APPSC Endowment Officer Exam Pattern 2025

The Written Examination will be an objective type and held in offline (OMR-based) mode. The written exam will contain 2 papers, i.e., Paper 1 & 2. Paper 1 will include 150 questions from General Studies & Mental Ability, with a total of 150 marks, and Paper 2 will include 150 questions from Hindu Philosophy & Temple System, with a total of 150 marks. For each correct answer, 1 Mark will be awarded, and for each incorrect answer, there will be a negative marking of 1/3 mark.
