RCFL Operator Trainee Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates who are interested in the recruitment must fulfill all the necessary eligibility criteria as set by the Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited. The criteria mainly include educational qualification, minimum marks requirement, and age limit, which must be as per the cut-off date.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any one of the following educational qualifications from a recognized university or institute:

• Candidates must have completed B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics as one of the subjects, along with NCVT certification in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), which is AO(CP) Trade, or
• Candidates must have completed a 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology with 1-year BOAT training under the Apprentice Act, or
• Candidates must have done a 4-year/3 and a half years full-time and regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology under the Sandwich Pattern.

Note: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the last year or as an aggregate of the last two semesters. For candidates from SC or ST categories, the minimum requirement marks is 50%.
