TGPSC OTR (One Time Registration) 2026- Mandatory Updation Before New Job Notifications

The Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) has issued a major update for job aspirants in the state relating to the One Time Registration (OTR) system. In preparation for upcoming recruitment drives, TGPSC has made OTR data updation and validation mandatory for all registered candidates (approximately 31.56 lakhs). Candidates must review and add the latest details before 25th February 2026 at https://www.tgpsc.gov.in/. 

What is TGPSC OTR?

One Time Registration (OTR) is a profile system maintained by the Telangana Public Service Commission where candidates enter their personal, educational and category details once. This profile helps streamline applications for multiple TGPSC recruitment notifications without entering details repeatedly.

OTR is not an application for any job post on its own; candidates still must log in with their OTR credentials and separately apply for each recruitment notification.

TGPSC OTR 2026- Latest Update

TGPSC has now made it mandatory for all registered candidates to update and validate their OTR profiles before applying to upcoming recruitment notifications. This step is to ensure data accuracy, avoid delays in selection processes, and reflect recent changes in candidates’ information.

According to the latest update:

• All candidates must update their OTR details properly.
• The Commission has extended the deadline for OTR updation till 25th February 2026.
• Only candidates who complete this process will be eligible to apply for future recruitments.
• This update applies only to all candidates already registered under TGPSC OTR.

How to Update Your TGPSC OTR?

Follow the step-by-step guide to update your details in TGPSC One Time Registration (OTR).

1. Visit the official TGPSC website: https://www.tgpsc.gov.in
2. Log in using your TSPSC/OTR ID and Date of Birth.
3. Go to the Edit/Update OTR section.
4. Review all personal, educational and category details.
5. Add missing qualifications or updated certificates.
6. Upload a recent passport-size colour photograph.
7. Double-check all entries and submit changes.

What Candidates Must Update in TGPSC OTR?
