RSSB VDO DV Schedule 2025 Out, Download Document Verification List PDF

Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has released the list of provisionally shortlisted candidate’s for document verification for Village Development Officer (VDO) posts on 29th December 2025. The list has been prepared from the candidates who were declared qualified in the written exam. The document verification process will be commenced from 2nd to 12th January 2026.

As per Rajasthan VDO Document Verification List, 1593 candidates are from Non Scheduled Area and 402 candidates from Scheduled Area. The candidates whose roll number and names are appeared in the RSSB VDO DV List are provisionally shortlisted document verification round for which dates and schedule is also released at https://rssb.rajasthan.gov.in/.

If you have qualified in the written exam, click on the pdfs shared below and search for your roll number to know whether your names/roll numbers are included in the list of 1992 selected candidates. The selected candidates have to appear for the next stage of the selection process, i.e., document verification to verify their original documents (certificates, ID proof, etc.) against their application details.

The schedule for RSSB Village Development Officer Document Verification is also released along with the list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for DV round. Documents to be Carried for RSSB VDO Document Verification

The lists required documents for the Village Development Officer (VDO) Recruitment 2025 in Rajasthan, to be presented with original verification on or after 01-01-2026

1. Previous application with scrutiny form.
2. E-Mitra Driving License certificate and verification copy (date-specific).
3. LMV Driving License certificate and verification copy.
4. Graduate degree eligibility certificate and verification as per Rajasthan Employee Insurance Board notification dated 08 June 2016 and 06-09-2023.
5. Diploma eligibility certificate and verification as per the same notifications.
6. Original domicile certificate (digital format).
7. Category certificate (ST/SC/OBC/MBC/EWS/SAHTSP) as per relevant department notifications dated 20-01-2022, 17-10-2022, and 09-09-2015.
8. Certificate for other categories like widow/divorcee/disabled/handicapped etc. (photocopy).
9. Age proof certificate from final educational institution.
10. 2 original Aadhaar cards attested by separate executive magistrates.
11. Educational qualification migration certificate.
12. Bonafide certificate on company letterhead.
13. Income-related certificate (for divorcee/widow candidates).
14. Marriage certificate (affidavit if married before 22-05-2006).
15. Death certificate of spouse (attested by executive magistrate).
16. General character certificate.
17. Affidavit on stamp paper.
18. Option form (Scheduled or Non-Scheduled).
19. Widow succession form.
20. Photo of Aadhaar for identification (Voter ID, PAN, Passport, Ration Card photocopy).
21. Other relevant documents attached by candidate with page numbers, all originals verified.
