All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has released AIIMS CRE Admit Card 2025 today, on 22nd August 2025. AIIMS Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) 2025 will be conducted on 25th, 26th, and 27th August 2025 at various exam centres across the country. The AIIMS CRE Exam Admit Card has been issued to all those candidates who have successfully registered for the exam.

The admit card for the AIIMS Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) has been released online at the official website www.aiimsexams.ac.in and direct link is also shared in the article. Candidates appearing for the exam must download and print their AIIMS CRE Admit Card 2025 and carry a copy of the same to the examination centre. Under the AIIMS CRE exam, a total of 3496 vacancies will be recruited for Group B and Group C posts.

Steps to Download AIIMS CRE Admit Card 2025

Candidates going to appear for the AIIMS Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) Exam scheduled from 25th to 27th August 2025 can download their admit card from the official website of AIIMS or from the link that will be available in the article. 1. Visit the official Website – Web browser and go to the official website of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi at https://www.aiimsexams.ac.in/.
2. Click on Admit Card – On the homepage, click on the Recruitment>>Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) Exam>>Admit Card Link.
3. Enter Login Credentials – Candidates have to provide their Candidate ID or Mobile Number and Password, and click on the Enter tab.
4. Admit Card Link – After providing the AIIMS CRE Admit Card 2025 appears on the screen.
5. Download Admit Card – Download the admit card and take a printout to carry to the exam hall and for future reference.

Items Allowed to Carry to AIIMS CRE Exam Centre

To ensure a smooth exam experience, candidates must bring the essential items required for entry at the test center.

• A clear printout of the AIIMS CRE Admit Card 2025 was downloaded from the official website and is essential for candidates to carry to the exam center.
• One photo ID proof issued by the government (Voter ID/Driving License/PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Passport).
• A recent passport-sized photograph (same as uploaded on the application form)

Things Not Allowed Inside AIIMS CRE Exam Centre

The following are the things that are not allowed inside the exam centre:

• Candidates are not allowed to use mobile phones, pagers, or any other electronic equipment or programmable devices, or storage media such as pen drives, smartwatches, cameras, or Bluetooth devices.
• Use of wristwatches is not allowed inside the examination hall
• Large bags, backpacks, and purses are generally not permitted. These items should be left at home or in designated storage areas outside the exam hall
• Hats, caps, and sunglasses are generally not permitted inside the exam hall, unless for religious or medical reasons.

AIIMS CRE Exam Pattern 2025

The AIIMS CRE exam consists of 100 objective-type questions. Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and there is a negative marking 1/ 4 mark will be deducted for the wrong answer. Candidates from the UR/EWS category have to score a minimum of 40%, for the OBC category 35% and candidates from the SC & ST category have to score a minimum of 30% marks to qualify for the AIIMS CRE exam.
