The Maharashtra Public Service Commission has released the MPSC Group B Prelims Result 2026 along with the cut-off marks on 23rd March 2026 on its official website, www.mpsc.gov.in. Candidates who have appeared in the preliminary examination on 4th January 2026 for the 117/2025 prelims exam can now download the result PDF and search for their roll number to know their qualifying status for the mains exam.

Through this recruitment, a total of 758 vacancies for Assistant Section Officers, Police Sub-Inspectors, State Tax Inspectors, and Sub Registrars will be recruited through the Prelims and Mains examination, which is followed by a Physical Test and Interview. The MPSC Group B Prelims Result for the first stage, Prelims, has been released, listing the names and seat numbers of the shortlisted candidates. Candidates who appeared for the MPSC Group B Prelims Examination should check their results by following the procedure mentioned below:

1. Go to the official Maharashtra Public Service Commission website, mpsc.gov.in to check the MPSC Group B Result 2026.
2. On the MPSC website, Look for the Latest Updates on the left side of the homepage, located just below the home button.
3. After clicking on that, you will be redirected to the latest notices published by the MPSC
4. Look for the “Advt No. 117/2025 Maharashtra Group B Non-Gazetted Services Combined Preliminary Examination 2025 – Result” and click on that.
5. After clicking the link, a Result PD will open, this PDF contains a list of the names of the candidates who have cleared the prelims examination.
6. Press Ctrl+F and write your name, check whether you clear the examination or not
