KARTET Cut Off 2025, Check Karnataka TET Minimum Qualifying Marks

For the year 2025, the KARTET Exam is scheduled for 7th December 2025 (Sunday), and the result for the same has been released at www.schooleducation.karnataka.gov.in. KARTET Cut Off 2025 marks are the qualifying marks that vary for SC, ST, OBC, and the General category of candidates. Candidates who secure the cut off marks are eligible to get the KARTET Certificate 2025.

KARTET is also known as the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test, conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates aspiring to teach in classes 1 to 8 in government, aided, and private schools across the state. There are two papers, 1 and 2, in the Karnataka TET written exam. The candidates from the general category scoring 60% or more marks are eligible to receive an eligibility certificate for the KARTET 2025 Exam, while the candidates belonging to reserved categories, including SC/ST/OBC/PWD, must score more than 55% marks in the exam to be eligible for the KARTET Certificate.

What Happens After Scoring the KARTET Cut Off Marks?

Securing the KARTET Cut Off Marks 2025 is an important achievement for candidates, as it indicates that they have qualified in the examination. Candidates who score the minimum qualifying marks will be considered passed in the KARTET Result 2025. For the General category, the qualifying percentage is 60%, while for OBC, SC, and ST categories, it is 55%. Applicants must obtain the required category-wise minimum marks to successfully qualify for the test.

Once a candidate clears the cut-off marks, they become eligible to receive the KARTET Certificate, which is required for applying to teacher recruitment in different government and private schools across Karnataka.
