GIC AM Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection of the candidates for Assistant Manager (Scale I) posts will be based on the Online Test, the performance of the candidates in Group Discussions & interviews, and the medical examination. Minimum qualifying marks in the Online test shall be 60% for the General & OBC category and 50% for the SC /ST category. - The exam will be divided into 03 parts.
- Total test timing 150 minutes. 30 minutes for Part A, 60 minutes for Part B, and 60 minutes for Part C
- There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked (in objective tests) by the candidates. For each wrong answer, 1/4 marks will be deduced.

GIC Assistant Manager Salary 2024
The selected candidates appointed as Assistant Manager Posts will be paid a Basic Pay of Rs. 50,925/- per month on the scale of Rs. 50925 -2500(14) – 85925 -2710(4) -96765. Along with the monthly salary candidates will be provided another admissible allowance like DA, HRA, CCA, etc. The total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 85,000/- per month. In addition, employees will receive other benefits such as the Pension Scheme, Newspaper/Internet Allowance, Leave Travel Subsidy, Medical Benefits, House Furnishing Allowance, Household Help Allowance, and other allowances.
