Candidates who successfully submitted their application form can now log in and download their hall ticket. The written exam for the MOIL Graduate and Management Trainee will be conducted in online mode on 3rd April 2026.

Steps to Download MOIL Graduate and MT Call Letter 2026

Candidates should follow the steps to download the admit card from the official website to appear in the written examination.

1. Go to the official website of MOIL, www.moil.nic.in.
2. Look for the “notice” section.
3. Click on the link “Download Call Letter for Online Examination Schedule on 3rd April 2026”
4. Click on the “call letter” link.
5. Candidates will be redirected to the login page.
6. Enter the Registration Number, Date of Birth/Password, and captcha, then click on the “Submit” button.
7. MOIL Admit Card 2026 will appear on the screen.
8. Download the admit card and take a printout to appear in the exam.

MOIL MT Exam Pattern 2026

The MOIL exam will be conducted in online mode on 3rd April 2026 for the posts of Management Trainee. Candidates who are going to appear in the written exam should have proper knowledge about the exam pattern.

• The written test will contain 85 questions for 85 marks.
• The written test covers various subjects like General knowledge, Reasoning, General English & Core subject.
• The total duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
