UPESEAT 2023 Exam: University of Petroleum & Energy Studies conducts the UPESEAT exam every year to shortlist interested and eligible candidates for its BTech program. The University of Petroleum & Energy Studies Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) is an entrance test conducted by the university for candidates willing to pursue BTech in various streams from UPES Dehradun. The university shortlists the students based on UPESEAT, JEE Main scorecard, and Board merit list. 80% of seat allotment at the University is based on UPESEAT scores and the rest 20% are filled based on the JEE Main scorecard and Class 12 result.

UPESEAT 2023 Application Form Link

UPESEAT 2023 Application forms have been released online at the official website. Candidates willing to be admitted to the BTech program offered by the  University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun must fill out the application forms to appear for the test. All the registered candidates, on qualifying for the exam will be granted admission to the UPES for engineering degrees. UPESEAT 2023 Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay the UPESEAT 2023forpplication Fee to register for the exam. The application fee must be paid online via Credit card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI. The UPESEAT 2023 Application Fee is Rs. 1350 for all candidates. The application forms shall be considered valid for the exam only after the successful payment of the UPESEAT 2023 Application Fee.

Steps to Fill out the UPESEAT 2023 Application Form

The UPESEAT 2023 Application form must be filled out very carefully as the correction facility won’t be available later after the submission. Candidates must also verify the details while entering any wrong or misleading information that may result in rejection. Follow the steps given below to fill out the UPESEAT 2023 Application form easily.

Step 1- Visit the official website at https://admissions.upes.ac.in/ or click on the link given above.

Step 2- Candidates will first have to register by entering their Name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Email ID, Mobile number, City, State, Course you are applying and other information.

Step 3- After filling in all the details, click on Send OTP. Enter the OTP received and click on Verify.

Step 4- After the verification, click on next. Candidates will receive the confirmation mail on the registered email ID along with the username and password.

Step 5- Candidates will then have to log in using the username and password received on their registered mobile number. After logging in, check all the details and submit the application form.

Step 6- After submitting, candidates will be redirected to the UPESEAT 2023 Application Fee payment window. Choose your mode of payment and pay the requisite amount.

Step 7- On successful payment candidates will be required to fill out the academic details in the application form. Fill in all the details in the space provided.

Step 8- Click on submit after entering all the required details. The UEPSEAT 2023 application form will be available for download after the final submission.

Documents required to fill out the UPESEAT 2023 Application Form

Candidates filling out the UPESEAT 2023 Application Form will be required to upload the requisite documents to complete the application process. 1. Class 10 and 12 marks-statement.
2. Photo ID proof like Aadhaar, Voter ID.

UPESEAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The UPESEAT 2023 eligibility criteria have been released by the exam authority on the official website. Applicants must check out the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. UPESEAT 2023 Exam Pattern

Candidates appearing for the exam must refer to the UPESEAT 2023 Exam Pattern for their preparations. Preparing for the given exam based on the exam pattern will strengthen the chances of the candidates qualifying for the exam. As per the UPESEAT 2023 exam pattern, candidates will have 3 hours to attempt the paper. 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

UPESEAT 2023 Exam Date

UPESEAT 2023 Exam Dates have been announced by the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies. The exam is scheduled to be held from 28th to 30th April 2023. The exam will be conducted in online mode for a duration of 2 hours on the scheduled UPESEAT 2023 Exam Date. Candidates willing to appear for the test must fill out the respective application forms before 25th April 2023.

UPESEAT 2023 Admit Card

UPESEAT 2023 Admit Card will be released by the exam conducting authorities online at the official website. Candidates will first be required to complete the slot booking process by selecting their preferred date and time for the exam. Applicants will have to enter their Email ID and Password to download their Admit Cards. On the day of the exam, one valid photo ID proof along with the UPESEAT 2023 admit card must be carried to the exam centre. Details such as exam dates, venue and date of exam, exam day guidelines and others will all be mentioned on the respective admit cards.

UPESEAT 2023 Result

The UPESEAT 2023 Result at the official website after the successful commencement of the exam. All the candidates who appeared for the given exam will be able to check the results by entering their application number and date of birth details. Candidates will be shortlisted for the further counselling process based on the UPESEAT 2023 Results. The result will include the candidate’s subject-wise marks, rank secured, the status of the qualifying exam, etc.

UPESEAT 2023 Cut-off

UPESEAT 2023 Cut-off is the minimum mark that must be scored by the candidates to qualify for the entrance exam. The cut-off marks will be shared by the exam conducting authorities shortly after the announcement of the results. UPESEAT 203 cut-off will be based on various factors such as the availability of seats, the number of candidates appearing in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, and the previous year’s cut-off trends.

UPESEAT 2023 Counselling

Those candidates who have successfully qualified for the entrance test will be called for the UPSEAT 2023 counselling. Separate counselling will be conducted by the authorities for different courses. Seats will be allotted based on the merit list wherein the top scorer will get the first preference. For some of the courses, shortlisting will be done based on Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interviews. Candidates will have to be physically present for the UPESEAT 2023 Counselling and document verification.
