The Hon’ble Supreme Court has set up a high-level expert committee in response to repeated concerns raised by RTI activists about the NTA NEET exam. The committee will review possible changes to the NEET 2025 exam, including its pattern, mode of conduct, and the number of attempts allowed. The Supreme Court has formed a high level committee headed by Dr. K Radhakrishnan regarding the irregularities in the NEET Exam. The committee recommended conducting the NEET 2025 Exam in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode to avoid cheating. Till date, the Exam was conducted in pen-paper mode. Currently, there is no limit on the number of attempts for the NEET Exam. Earlier, before 2018, there were restrictions over the maximum number of attempts for each candidate, but later the authorities removed these restrictions to bring some sense of relief to the students.
