NIMCET 2024: National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur will announce the NIMCET 2024 Exam Date in February 2024 and it will be conducted on June 2024. The National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) is a national level entrance exam conducted by the NITs. This entrance exam is conducted every year for interested graduates to be offered admission into Masters in Computer Application (MCA)Programme in the participating NITs. Candidates qualifying for the NIMCET 2024 exam with a good rank, will be allotted seats at various campuses of NITs on the basis of their ranks. Every year the number of applications received for the NIMCET exam is around 50,000 students whereas approximately 805 seats are offered in 11 NITs across India.

National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur will release the official notification regarding the NIMCET 2024 exam in the month of February 2024. Steps to apply fill the NIMCET 2024 Application form

Step 1- Visit the official website of NIMCET 2024 or click on the link given above.

Step 2- Register by entering your personal e-mail ID and personal mobile number.

Step 3- After submitting this information, an email will be sent to the mentioned e-mail ID.

Step 4- Then log in by using a login password and fill in all the required details in the application form.

Step 5- After this process, candidates need to upload the scanned images of the signature as well as photographs in the mentioned format.

Step 6- Candidates need to make the payment for the NIMCET 2024 application form.

Step 7- After the payment process candidate will find that a complete application form with a unique application number will be generated soon.

Step 8- Then take the printout of the application form and sent it with the important documents via speed post or registered post at the given address.

NIMCET 2024 Exam Pattern

The NIMCET 2024 exam pattern describes the type and pattern of questions to be asked in the upcoming entrance exam. NIMCET 2024 exam will be conducted online (CBT) mode. The question paper will be in English language only and will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). The question paper will contain 120 questions for the examination.

1.  4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer.
2. -1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
3.  The question paper will be divided into 4 sections. Each section contains different marks sections.
