Documents required to fill the AP Polycet 2026 Application Form

4. Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) or Residence Certificate of either of parents in A.P. for 10 years in case of non-local candidates.
5. Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2026 or white ration Card for claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
6. Caste Certificate
7. CAP category candidates have to produce a certificate issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service Men), Identity Card and Discharge Book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domiciled in Andhra Pradesh are eligible under CAP Category. The decision of authorities of Sainik welfare of A.P is final in this matter.
8. Anglo-Indian Candidates have to produce a certificate issued by the Competent Authority of their place of residence.

AP Polycet 2026 Application fee

Students are required to submit the application fee of Rs. 400 if applying via offline mode at the time of application form submission. The AP Polycet 2026 application fee for the students applying online is Rs 350. Application fee submission is the last step of registration for the AP Polycet exam 2026.
