Class 10 Home Science Question Paper Pattern 2025
In the CBSE Class 10 Home Science exam, students will face both theory and practical parts. Class 10 board exam question papers will have 50% of questions based on skills. These can be multiple-choice, case-based, or combine information from different sources. Another 20% will be multiple-choice questions where you pick the correct answer. The final 30% will include short and long answer questions like before. The practical exam tests skills learned in the lab, like making recipes or creating textile projects.
Overall, the exam focuses on understanding concepts and applying them in real-life situations. The CBSE Class 10th Home Science question paper will consist of a total of 35 questions which will be further divided into four sections – A, B, C, and D. All questions are compulsory.
- Section A has questions no. 1 to 14 are multiple choice questions and are of 1 mark each.
- Section B has question no. 15 to 18 are case study-based questions and are of 1 mark each.
