NEET 2023 State-wise Comparison: According to the data released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) along with NEET Result 2023 on 13th June 2023, a total of 2087462 candidates registered for the NEET 2023 Exam which is much higher than the 18,72,343 candidates registered last year. Out of the total students who registered 20,38,596 appeared and 11,45,976 students qualified this year which has gradually increased than last year. A total of 17,64,571 students appeared and out of which 7,71,500 qualified for the NEET Exam in the previous year. For the year 2023, the pass percentage as recorded in NEET Result 2023 is 56.21% which is 15.5% more than that of 2022.

This year Maharashtra recorded the highest number of registrations for the NEET 2023 Exam as 2,77,903 students successfully filled the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Application Form 2023. Lakshadweep recorded the least number of registrations as with 361 students registered for the exam. Out of the total number of students who registered, 273819 appeared and 131008 qualified from Maharashtra. Whereas, Lakshadweep recorded an attendance of 349 students out of which 167 students successfully qualified.
