JEE Advanced Result 2023 Out
The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati declared the JEE Advanced Result 2023 on 18th June 2023. A total of about 1,89,744 candidates registered for JEE Advanced 2023, out of which 1,80,372 students appeared and 43,773 students qualified for the exam. The cut off scores and the category-wise All India Rank (AIR) of the candidates for the JEE Advanced 2023 exam has also been released along with the results.
JEE Advanced 2023 Result
JEE Advanced is the second stage of JEE Exam which is administered by one of the selected seven zonal IITs under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board. Every year, the exam conducting authority releases the category-wise All India Ranks (AIR) of the qualified candidates along with the JEE Advanced Result 2023. Candidates who secure a rank in JEE (Advanced) 2023 are eligible to participate in the Joint Seat Allocation process for a seat at an IIT.

JEE Advanced Result 2023 Toppers
Along with the JEE Advanced Result 2023, the exam authorities have also announced the topper’s name. This year, Vavilala Chidvilas Reddy from IIT Hyderabad zone topped and has become the JEE Advanced Topper 2023 with 341 marks which makes 94.72%. Another student from the IIT Hyderabad Zone, Nayakanti Naga Bhavya Sree has emerged out to be the female topper by scoring 298 marks i.e., 82.77% and has secured AIR 56.

Step 1: Open the official website at www.jeeadv.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on “Link for Result Portal”.
Step 3: When the log-in page opens, enter your roll number, date of birth and phone number.
Step 4: Click on “get the result” and the JEE Advanced Result 2023 appears on the screen.

JEE Advanced Cut Off 2023
The JEE Advanced Cut Off 2023 has been released along with the release of JEE Advanced Result 2023. The JEE Advanced cut-off percentage for Common Rank List (CRL) for Paper 1 and 2 altogether is 6.83% while the aggregate is 23.89%. Candidates who achieve equal to or more than the cut-off will get admission to top universities/colleges.
JEE Advanced 2023 Reservation Criteria
The JEE Advanced 2023 Reservation Criteria for various categories of candidates have been discussed below. 10% of the seats are reserved for the GEN-EWS candidates, 27% for the OBC-NCL Candidates and so on. JEE Advanced 2023-Tie-Breaking Rule
If two or more candidates score equal marks as per the JEE Advanced Result 2023 then the exam conducting authority follows the below-mentioned tie-breaking criteria to determine the candidate’s rank-
- In case of a tie, those candidates who have higher positive marks in the exam will be given a higher rank.
- If a tie still exists, then the candidate with more scores in Maths will be awarded a higher mark.
- If the tie still exists, then the candidate with more scores in Physics will be awarded a higher mark.
- If the tie still exists, then the candidate will be awarded the same rank as they got in the JEE Advanced rank.
