The RTE Admission 2025-26 is going on for the admission to 25% reserved seats by the Maharashtra School Education Department. The Maharashtra School Education Department activated the registration window for Maharashtra RTE Admission 2025-26 at the official website. The board has also announced that a total of 8,849 schools have registered for RTE Admission 2025-26  across the state. The total number of vacant seats offered under the RTE Admission scheme is 1,08,961.

The Maharashtra RTE Admission is a scheme under which 25% seats in the registered schools and reserved for students belonging to economically weaker and disadvantaged sections. After the completion of registrations the authorities will release list of selected students by going through RTE lottery rounds.

Steps to Register for Maharashtra RTE Admission 2025-26

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Maharashtra School Education Department at https://student.maharashtra.gov.in/

Step 2: Click on the link “Click Here: RTE 25% Admission for 2025-26”

Step 3: Click on “Online Application” from the menu bar of the new window open on the screen

Step 4: Click on “new registrations”

Step 5: After the registration process is successfully conducted the login credentials will be sent to the registered Email ID.

Step 6: Now log in using the credentials and fill in the application form.

Step 7: Upload all the documents with passport-size photographs, and signatures.

Step 8: After uploading all documents pay the online application fee using a credit/debit card/net banking or offline mode.

Step 9: Now check all the details filled in the application form and click on the submit button.

Step 10: At the end take a printout of the confirmation page and submit the registration form.
