KVS Admission 2024-25, Kendriya Vidyalaya Class 1 Registration Ends Today

KVS Admission 2024-25: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) started the KVS Class 1 Admission 2024-25 on April 01, 2024. As per the minimum and maximum age limit set for admission in Kendriya Vidyalayas, children born on April 1 will also be considered. The maximum age limit for children applying for Class 1 is 8 years. The KVS Class 1 admission link 2024 will remain active till April 15, 2024 5 pm. All the parents and guardians who want to enroll their children into KVS Class 1st are advised to keep visiting the official website of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) i.e., www.kvsangathan.nic.in and www.kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in. Parents are also informed that the last date to fill in the application form is April 15, 2024 up to 5 pm. KVS Admission Form 2024-25

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) released the KVS Class 1 Admission Form 2024-25 on the official website on April 1, 2024. Parents are informed that the Application Form Link for KVS Class 1 Admission is activated till 05:00 pm. In order to ease the process, we have provided a direct link to fill out the KVS Admission Form. As today i.e., April 15, 2024 is the last day for the KVS Admission process parents who have not yet filled out their child’s application form are advised to hurry. KVS Admission Process 2024-25

To fill in the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) Class 1 Application form 2024 parents and guardians must visit the official website of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and follow the steps mentioned below.

KVS Class 1 Registration 2024

Step 1: Visit the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) – kvsangathan.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the ‘New Registration’ button.

Step 3: Read the instructions carefully and enable the checkbox of declaration, then click on ‘Proceed’.

Step 4: The KVS registration window will open on the screen.

Step 5: Enter the name of the child, parent’s name, date of birth, e-mail ID, mobile number and other details in the appropriate fields.

Step 6: Enter the captcha code as shown and click on the ‘Register’ button.

Step 7: An OTP will be sent to the entered mobile number. Enter the same and submit to confirm the contact details.

Step 8: Login details will be shown on the screen.

Step 9: Note them down and keep them safe for further reference.

KVS Class 1 Application Form 2024

Step 1: Click on the ‘Login’ tab given on the homepage of – kvsangathan.nic.in.

Step 2: Enter the login details that were generated after the completion of the registration process. Then click on the ‘Login’ button.

Step 3: KVS class 1 application form 2024 will open on the screen.

Step 4: Fill out the details very carefully ensuring that there are no mistakes in the details entered.

Step 5: Now click on the ‘Next’ button. Select the choice of schools from the list provided there.

Step 6: Students can select up to 3 schools for KVS admission in 2024.

Step 7: Upload scanned copy of coloured photograph and DOB certificate, as per the size and dimensions guidelines.

Step 8: Click on the ‘Preview’ button and check the details entered carefully. Edit it, if any information or details need to be changed or corrected.

Step 9: Finally click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 10: An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.

Step 11: Note down the generated application submission code shown on kvsangathan.nic.in. 2024.

Documents Required for Class 1 KVS Admission 2024-25

Students will have to submit the prescribed documents along with the KVS application form. All the documents must be uploaded in pdf or jpg format. Photos need to be uploaded in JPG format. The size of all files should not exceed 256 KB. Given below is the list of required documents:

1. Birth Certificate or proof of DOB
2. Passport Size photo of the child
3. Residence Proof
4. SC/ST/OBC certificate
5. EWS/BPL certificate
6. An affidavit in the case of a Single Girl Child
7. Service certificate of employee
8. Proof of the relationship of a child’s parents with grandparents.

Submitting the Application Form

Step 1: Make sure that the mobile number and email ID are valid and correct.

Step 2: After successfully submitting the filled KVS application form for class 1, parents can check the application status by logging in using their email ID and enrollment ID.

Step 3: Now download the KVS Class 1 Application Form 2024 and also take a printout of it for further use.

KVS Admission 2024-25: Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

1. The children of Indian nationals can apply for Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2024.
2. The children of Foreign Nationals who are located in India for any reason are also eligible for KVS admission in 2024.

Age Limit

1. A Child must be 6 years old as of 31st March in the academic year in which admission is sought for Class I. (Children born on 1st April should also be considered).
2. The maximum age limit can be relaxed by two years in the case of differently-abled children by the principal.
3. As per the mandate of NEP 2020, the entry age for Class I has been revised to 6+ years
4. Two-year age relaxation will be given to Children with Special Needs (CwSN).
