AP ECET 2024 Application Form Out

The JNTU started the AP ECET 2024 Application process on March 15, 2024 at its official website and the last date to fill in the application form is April 15, 2024. As per the released notification, the AP ECET 2024 Exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 08, 2024 in two different shifts i.e., the first shift from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, whereas the second shift from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The AP ECET 2024 Exam is conducted for Diploma holders of Engineering Technology/Pharmacy and BSc Graduates seeking admission lateral entry to the 2nd year of BE/ BTech/ BPharmacy Programmes.

AP ECET 2024 Registration

The exam will be conducted in offline mode in English and Telugu and will comprise multiple-choice questions. There will be a total of 100 questions, each question carrying 1 mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. The syllabus for the exam will comprise Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English. AP ECET 2024: Eligibility Criteria

All the students planning to appear for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2024 are advised to firstly go through all the AP ECET 2024 Eligibility criteria before filling the AP ECET 2024 Application form.

• The candidate planning to appear in the AP ECET 2024 Examination should be an Indian.
• The candidate should belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh.
• Should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 as subsequently amended.
• Candidates are required to possess a Diploma in Engineering and Technology/ Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh State or any other Diploma recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent to that for admission into the relevant BE/ BTech/ BPharmacy courses into the Courses corresponding to the Diplomas.
• They should have passed the 3-year BSc Degree examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects in the group combination from a recognized University in the state or its equivalent for entry into relevant courses.
• The candidates who are pursuing a Diploma course shall be eligible for entry into the relevant BE/BTech/BPharmacy courses provided they have completed the practical training prescribed for the award of diploma course before admission into the college.
• The candidates should have passed a Diploma in Engineering and Technology/ Pharmacy/ BSc Degree as the case may be with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) for entry into relevant courses.
