NIRF Ranking 2024: The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) is a system initiated by the Government of India to evaluate and rank higher education institutions in the country. Every year, the Ministry of Education releases the NIRF Ranking for different sectors. The NIRF rankings now factor in the holistic development and progress of Universities, Colleges, Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Law, and Architecture programs. Once the NIRF Rankings are released the students will be able to check them by visiting the official website of the Ministry of Education, Government of India i.e., www.nirfindia.org.
NIRF Ranking 2024
The Ministry of Education (MoE) will release the NIRF Ranking 2024 on June 05, 2024 (Tentative) for engineering, management, pharmacy, medical, law & more. NIRF Ranking assesses institutions based on parameters like teaching, research, outreach, and overall performance. These rankings provide valuable insights for students, parents, and policymakers in making informed decisions about educational institutions. The framework aims to promote healthy competition and encourage universities and colleges to enhance their academic and research capabilities, ultimately contributing to the improvement of the overall quality of higher education in India.

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains)
The JEE Mains (Joint Entrance Examination) is a competitive engineering entrance exam in India conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It serves as a gateway for admission to various undergraduate engineering programs such as BTech and B.E at institutes like the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), the National Institute of Technology (NITs), and other government-funded technical institutes. As per the release, the JEE Mains 2024 is scheduled to be conducted from January 24, 2024, to February 01, 2024.
Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Advanced)
The JEE Advanced is the next level of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) in India, following JEE Mains. The JEE Advanced exam is held for admission to BE/B. Tech, Integrated Master’s, and Dual Degree programs. The exam is organized in seven coordinated IITs: IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, and IIT Kharagpur. The students planning to appear for the exam are informed that the JEE Advanced Exam 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on May 26, 2024.
VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE)
The VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE), is an entrance test conducted by Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) for admission to its various engineering programs. The VITEEE is an online computer-based test that assesses candidates in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, and Aptitude. The VITEEE exam pattern comprises multiple choice questions, and successful performance can lead to admission into VIT’s prestigious engineering courses. This year the VITEEE Exams are scheduled to be conducted from April 19, 2024 and will last till April 30, 2024.
Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MUOET)
The Manipal University Online Entrances Test (MUOET) is an exam that is conducted in online mode to get into the Manipal University. The examination is conducted to assess the knowledge and skills of students applying for various programs at Manipal University. The exam pattern typically includes multiple-choice questions covering subjects like mathematics, science, and English. This year, the MUOET phase 1 exams are scheduled to be conducted online on April 16 and 17, 2024, and the phase 2 will be held on May 18 and 19, 2024.
Birla Institute of Technology and Science Aptitude Test (BITSAT)
BITSAT 2024 exam is conducted every year for the students willing to pursue any of the Integrated First Degree (FD) programs of BITS Pilani from its Campuses at Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad for the academic year 2024. This test is referred to as the BITSAT short for “Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT)”. BITSAT 2024 is conducted in 2 sessions i.e., session 1 and session 2. The BITSAT Session 1 exams for the year 2024 are scheduled to be conducted from 21st May to 26th May 2024 whereas the Session 2 exams will be conducted from 22nd June to 26th June 2024. Both the BITSAT session exams will be held as a computer-based test.
