NIT Jamshedpur conducted the NIMCET 2023 Exam to shortlist interested and eligible students for MCA Programme offered by NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal. The students who qualify as per the marks obtained by them in the NIMCET Score Card 2023 can participate in further admission procedures. Steps to check NIMCET Result 2023

Students can check their NIMCET Results from the official website by following the steps mentioned below-

Step 1: Go to the official website at www.nimcet.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on “link View/Download your Scorecard”.

Step 3: In the new login page that opens, enter your user id and password as per the admission certificate.

Step 4: Click on “submit” and the NIMCET Score Card 2023 appears on the screen.

Step 5: Check your NIMCET Result 2023 and keep a copy of the same for future reference.

NIMCET Result 2023 Tie-Breaking Criteria

In case two or more students score equal marks in the NIMCET Result 2023, tie-breaking criteria will be used to resolve existing ties between the candidates. Ranks will be allotted based on the following order of preference-

1. 1st priority will be given to the candidate securing higher marks in mathematics.
2. Next priority will be given to a student with higher marks in logical reasoning.
3. Candidates having higher marks in computer awareness will be prioritised more.
4. If the tie still exists then students older in age will be prioritised.

Note- In case a student scores zero or negative marks in mathematics or overall, he/she will be disqualified from the NIMCET 2023 Exam.

NIMCET Counselling 2023

The application process for NIMCET Counselling 2023 is going to be activated from 29th June 2023 to 4th July 2023 at the official website www.nimcet.in. The students who have qualified for the NIMCET 2023 Exam based on the marks obtained by them in their NIMCET Result 2023 are eligible to participate in the counselling. Students must complete the choice filling and locking process within the stipulated time by paying the application fee of Rs. 1000 to be eligible for the NIMCET Seat Allotment 2023.
