HPBOSE 12th Result 2024 – Passing Criteria

HP Board follows a set of criteria to mark a student as pass or fail and every student is required to match that criteria. The requirements to pass the HP Board 12th Result 2024 are listed below:

• A minimum score of 33% in every subject including practical subjects;
• A total aggregate of 33% is required to attain the overall status of a pass in the result;

HP Board 12th Result 2024: Re-checking & Re-valuation

The students who are not happy with the result and expect more from it can apply for the re-checking or re-valuation round once the results are out. It is announced that the student must visit their schools to raise their concern and apply for the re-checking or re-valuation round within 15 days of the result announcement.

During the process of application for the re-checking or re-valuation rounds, the students are required to pay an application fee that is charged as per subject fee. The result announced after the re-checking or re-valuation round will be considered as final as no alternative will be offered to the student after this.

The result for the re-valuation or re-checking round will be released by the HP Board in June 2024.

HPBOSE 12th Result 2024: Supplementary Exam

For the unfortunate students who were unable to pass their HP Board 12th exam 2024, HPBOSE offers a second chance- a supplementary round. In this, every student who failed to pass 1 or 2 subjects gets to appear for a supplementary exam to be conducted by the board within a few days and improve their result.

To appear for this supplementary exam, the students are required to visit their schools and complete the application process. The supplementary exams are to be conducted by the board in July 2024 and their results will be announced in August 2024.
