Assam CEE Result 2024 Tie-Breaking Process

In case of any tie between two or more students, the authorities will conduct a tie-breaking process. Some of the tie-breaking rules have been discussed below:

• Candidates with the highest scores will get the highest ranks
• If there is a tie, the scores of candidates in the 12th Board exam results will be compared and allotted the highest rank
• If a tie still persists, the overall aggregate marks of candidates from mathematics, chemistry, physics, and English will be compared to allot the final ranks
• If the tie persists after this, a separate list of candidates from different colleges will be prepared and then the ranks will be allotted as per the different criteria.
