XAT

The XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is an important national-level entrance exam for admission to MBA and PGDM programs in top business schools, including XLRI and others across India. It is held every year to select candidates for management courses. Any graduate from a recognized university can appear for the XAT, and there is no age limit.

According to the released schedule, the XAT 2025 exam will be conducted on January 5, 2025 in 110 different cities across India. This year, the essay writing section has been removed, and the exam duration has been reduced to 180 minutes. The XAT tests a candidate’s skills in areas like decision-making, verbal ability, and quantitative aptitude.

The XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) question paper is expected to have sections like Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, and General Knowledge. Latest XAT Question Paper Format

The XAT question paper has three main sections: Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning, Decision Making, and Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation. There is also a General Knowledge section. The paper is usually in MCQ format and is conducted online. The total duration is 190 minutes. Each correct answer gets one mark, and 0.25 marks are deducted for wrong answers. The XAT tests problem-solving, logical thinking, and general awareness to assess candidates for MBA admissions.
