IBPS SO Prelims Result decides the eligibility of a candidate for IBPS SO Mains exam. The cumulative score obtained by a candidate in Mains Exam and the interview process will be considered for the final selection to the post of Specialist Officer. Candidates who are selected after the final round are given the appointment letter to join the Bank of their choice.
After the result for Mains Examination has been declared, selected candidates will be called for the Interview Process conducted by participating Banks. Interview Process is a key step in selection of a candidate to the post of Specialist Offcier in multiple Public Sector Banks as the cumulative score of Mains and Interview Process is considered for the final selection.
The cut-off for IBPS SO will be declared after the result for the same has been announced by IBPS. The Cut-Off for Preliminary Exam will be declared first followed by the cut-off fo Mains Exam.
