Jharkhand SSC CGL Selection Process 2023

The recruitment of candidates for various vacant posts under Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission is based on two stages:

Stage 1- Prelims Exam

Stage 2- Mains Exam

The students who successfully qualify the JSSC CGL 2023 Prelims exam are only eligible to apply for the JSSC CGL 2023 Mains Exam.

  1. The JSSC CGL Preliminary Exam entertains objective questions which is qualifying in nature.
  2. The Candidates appearing for the JSSC CGL 2023 Preliminary exam will have 2 hours in their hands.
  3. The candidates who prove successful in qualifying the prelims exam will be eligible for giving the JSSC CGL Mains exam.

  1. The JSSC CGL 2023 Exam will be held in the form of 3 papers.

JSSC CGL Syllabus 2023

JSSC CGL Exam is a graduate level exam which is conducted every year by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission to recruit candidates for different positions under the JSSC. The Exam consists of 3 main papers and the detailed syllabus of all the papers has been discussed below-

  1. Paper-1 checks the knowledge of the candidates in both Hindi as well as English language and is qualifying in nature.
  2. The qualifying marks of Paper-1 is 30% of the total marks.
  3. 1 Correct question will buy 3 Marks.
  4. 1 Wrong Question will penalize -1 Mark.
