The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has opened the IBPS RRB Edit Application Form 2026 window for candidates who submitted their application form for CRP-RRBs XV. Candidates who have submitted their application forms can now modify/correct their submitted application forms from 7 October to 8 October 2026 through the official website, www.ibps.in.

Only candidates who successfully submitted the completed application form and paid the applicable fee/intimation charges during the registration period are eligible to use the edit facility. The correction facility is available for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer Scale I, II & III applications.

Candidates should note that the edit window for the IBPS RRB 2026 Application Form is available for a very short period. Also, the correction can be submitted only once, so applicants should carefully verify every modified detail before final submission.

IBPS RRB Correction Fee 2026

Candidates who want to modify their submitted application form have to pay a correction fee of Rs. 200/- including GST.

The correction fee is applicable uniformly to candidates irrespective of their category. Once paid, the correction fee will not be refunded or adjusted against any other examination.

How to Edit IBPS RRB Application Form 2026?

Candidates can follow the steps below to correct their IBPS RRB XV application form:

1. Visit the official website of IBPS at ibps.in.
2. Go to the CRP RRBs section.
3. Select the CRP-RRBs XV recruitment link.
4. Open the login link for Office Assistants (Multipurpose) or Officers Scale I, II & III, as applicable.
5. Click on the option for already registered candidates/login.
6. Enter your Registration Number and Password.
7. Enter the security code displayed on the screen.
8. Open the submitted application form.
9. Check the fields that are available for modification.
10. Make the required corrections carefully.
11. Preview the complete application form before submission.
12. Pay the applicable Rs. 200 correction fee.
13. Submit the corrected application form.
14. Download and save the revised application form and payment receipt for future reference.

Who Can Edit the IBPS RRB Application Form 2026?

The edit facility is not available to every candidate. Candidates must fulfil the following conditions:

• The candidate must have successfully submitted the IBPS RRB XV online application form.
• The applicable application fee/intimation charges must have been paid within the prescribed registration period.
• The candidate must have a valid Registration Number and Password.
• The correction must be made within the 7 and 8 October 2026 edit window.
• The corrected application can be submitted only once.

Since the correction facility can be used only once, candidates should not submit the form in a hurry. Before final submission, check:
