Interested and eligible candidates are advised to complete the application process before 11th December 2025 (11:50 pm) to avoid last-minute technical glitches.

KVS Online Application Fee 2025 

The candidates applying for KVS 2025 will have to pay the required application fee through online mode to complete the application form. Candidates from SC/ST/PwBD and Ex-Servicemen categories are not required to pay the examination fee. However, the processing of Rs. 500/- will have to be paid by each and every applicant.  

Steps to Apply Online for KVS Recruitment 2025

The candidates can apply online for the KVS PRT TGT PGT Recruitment 2025 by following the few simple steps given below:-

Part 1. Register as a New User (One-Time Registration)

• Firstly, candidates have to visit the official websites of CBSE, KVS, and NVS i.e. https://www.cbse.gov.in/, https://kvsangathan.nic.in/ and https://navodaya.gov.in/, respectively.
• Candidates must first register by entering basic details, creating a password, selecting a security question, and providing an answer to it.
• Upon successful submission, a system-generated Registration Number will be issued. This Registration Number, along with the password, will be used for all future logins.

Part 2. Application Form

• Log in using your Registration ID and Password. If already registered, use your existing credentials to log in.
• Now, click on “Apply” appearing on the right side of the homepage.
• Fill the Application Form and submit details such as personal, educational and etc.
• Candidates will see individual links to apply for the available posts. Candidates can apply for the post(s) for which they meet the eligibility criteria

Part 3. Upload Documents

• Uploading of scanned images of their photograph and signature.

1. The scanned photograph and signature must be in JPG format.
2. The size of the photograph should be between 10 KB to 200 KB.
3. The size of the signature should be between 10 KB to 50 KB.
4. The photograph must be either coloured or black & white, but should have a clear contrast.

Part 4. Pay Application Fee

• Candidates are required to pay the post-wise examination fee.
• The fee must be paid online using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card by selecting the appropriate payment option and following the on-screen instructions.
• After successful payment, a Confirmation Page will be generated.

Part 5. Submit Application Form

• Download KVS Application Form 2025 and take a printcopy for future reference.
