Through the SSC GD Constable 2024 Exam, the recruitment of the candidates for Constables (General Duty) will done for forces namely Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR), and Secretariat Security Force (SSF) forces. The selection process includes a Computer-Based Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standard Test, Document Verification, and Medical Test.

Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024 Schedule through the SSC GD Notification 2024 pdf. The SSC GD Notification 2024 has been released and the online application window has opened on 24th November 2023 after the release of its notification. SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024 Computer Based Examination (CBE) will be conducted in English, Hindi and in 13 Regional Languages viz. Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. The online examination is scheduled to be conducted on 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th February and 1st, 5th, 7th, 11th, 12th March 2024.

SSC GD Constable 2024 Eligibility
The candidates meeting the required eligibility criteria as set by SSC are eligible to apply for SSC GD Constable 2024 for BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, SSF, and AR forces. The minimum education qualification and age limit required to apply for the SSC GD 2024 Exam are as follows.

SSC GD Constable 2024 Physical Requirements

SSC GD Constable 2024 Salary
As a General Duty Constable for all posts will start with a monthly salary of Rs. 23,527, with the starting basic pay being Rs. 21,700.
