1. Open https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/ Or any of your respective regional websites on your internet browser.

2. On the homepage, in the latest announcement section, search for “CEN 08/2024 (Level 1) CBT E-Call Letter”.

3. Now click on “लिंक / Link : कंप्यूटर-आधारित परीक्षा के लिए ई-बुलावा पत्र डाउनलोड करने का लिंक → Click here to download E-Call letter for CBT

4. Click on the link, and a new login page opens on the screen.

5. Now you have to enter your “Registration Number and Password”.

6. Your RRB Group D Admit Card appears on the screen. Download it and check all details.

7. Keep a printout ready to carry to the exam hall along with identity proof.

Shift Timings of RRB Group D CBT Exam 2026

Each day, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conducts the exam in three shifts (each of 1.5 hours). Candidates have to reach their respective exam centres at least 1.5 hour before the exam starts.

Shift 1 

• Reporting Time- 7:30 am
• Gate Closing Time- 8:30 am
• Exam Timings- 9 am to 10:30 am

Shift 2

• Reporting Time- 11:15 am
• Gate Closing Time- 12:15 pm
• Exam Timings- 12:45 pm to 2:15 pm

Shift 3

• Reporting Time- 3:00 pm
• Gate Closing Time- 4:00 pm
• Exam Timings- 4:30 pm to 6 pm
