The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has successfully conducted the SSC GD CBT exam on multiple days from 4th to 25th February 2025. The exam was held for recruiting a total of 39481 vacancies for the posts of General Duty Constable positions in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, SSF, and NCB. Usually, SSC releases the result around 1 month after the exam date. The SSC GD Result 2025 will be released soon at the official website www.ssc.gov.in. This year 52.69 lakh have applied for the SSC GD 2025 exam and only 25.69 lakh candidates have appeared in the SSC GD Computer-Based Examination.

How to Check SSC GD Result 2025 from www.ssc.gov.in?
There are two ways to check SSC GD 2025 Result either by visiting the official website of by clicking the links shared above. The step-by-step process is shared below for your reference.
Method 1-
- Click on the above link based on your gender.
- A pdf opens on your screen.
- Download the result pdf and search for your roll number/name in the list.
- You can use Ctrl+F shortcut to check your result.
- If your name/roll number appears, congratulations you are shortlisted to appear for next stage i.e. PET & PST.
Method 2-
- Visit the SSC official website at www.ssc.gov.in on your Internet Explorer.
- Navigate to the Results Section and click on the results tab on the homepage.
- Search for "Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2025– List of Male candidates provisionally shortlisted for appearing in PET/PST (List-II)" and Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2025 – List of Female candidates provisionally shortlisted for appearing in PET/PST (List-I).
- Click on "Result" and your SSC GD Result 2025 PDF containing the roll numbers of selected candidates.
- Find your roll number in the list and download the result for future reference.
Marking Scheme for SSC GD CBT Exam
The SSC GD Constable online written exam consists of four sections containing 80 questions, which must be completed within 60 minutes. The exam covers four subjects, with each subject containing 20 questions worth 40 marks in total. Candidates will receive 2 marks for each correct answer and lose 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

What After SSC GD Result 2025?
After the SSC GD CBT exam result, candidates who are shortlisted for the next round can appear for the Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Medical Examination and Document Verification. SSC GD Physical dates will be released later, but you can check the physical requirements by following the link below. Selected Candidates have to visit on the SSC website or our website www.careerpower.in for further announcements. The physical test for SSC GD recruitment 2025 will be conducted by the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF).
PET: Candidates must clear physical tasks such as running, long jump, and high jump.
PST: Measure height, chest (only for males), and weight according to prescribed standards.
