Candidates who have applied for the SSC GD 2026 Exam for 25487 vacancies can now download their exam city slips and check in which city and on which date their exam has been scheduled. This year, SSC has announced to conduct the computer-based test in 4 phases starting from 27th April 2026 onwards and ending on 30th May 2026.

SSC GD Exam Date 2026 (Phase-wise)

The SSC GD Constable Exam 2026 is scheduled to start from 27th April and end on 30th May 2026. This exam will be held in multiple shifts across various exam centres. Candidates must check their SSC GD City Intimation Slip 2026 for their scheduled exam date, reporting time & allotted shift.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website - Open a web browser and visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) at www.ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: Select Exam Name - On the homepage, click on the SSC button and "Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination-2026"

Step 3: Click on Exam City Link - On the homepage of SSC Now, click on Check City Intimation, and the "Login/Register" button appears on the right side of the page.

Step 4: Enter Login Credentials - Enter your login details, such as Username (Registration Number) and password, carefully in the login box.

Step 5- Fill Captcha Code - After filling in valid login details, enter the captcha code that appears on the screen, and click on "Login".

Step 6 - Check Exam City - Your scheduled exam and city details are displayed on your screen.

As 48 lakh candidates have submitted their applications for SSC GD 2026 Exam, the officials have decided to conduct the exam in multiple phases from 27th April to 30th May 2026.
