The General Duty Constable vacancies will be filled for the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR), and Secretariat Security Force (SSF) forces.

The SSC GD Online Application Process consists of 2 parts

1. One-Time Registration
2. Filling out the online application

Part I: One-Time Registration

Step 1: Visit the official website www.ssc.gov.in or directly click on the link mentioned above and you will be redirected to the SSC official site directly.

Step 2: A new page will open on the screen click on the "Register Now" link.

Step 3: Begin with your one-time registration process and fill in all the basic details, education qualification, and declaration form.

Part II Online Application Form

Step-1: Click on the "Login" link and use your registration ID to log in, and go to “Apply Now” in the ‘Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination 2026’ section under ‘Latest Notifications’ tab.

Step 2: Upload your recent photograph and signature in the appropriate dimensions

Step 3: Once the details are filled, preview your application form.

Step 4: The next step is to pay the SSC GD Exam fee. The application fee is acceptable in both online and offline modes.

Step 5: Pay your fee through Debit/Credit card/Net Banking/E-Challan whatever is available.

Step 6: Click on submit and your form will be submitted successfully.

Step 7: The SSC GD Apply Online 2027 process is completed. Take out the printout of your application form for further use.

For the SSC GD Application, the candidate needs the following documents/details:

• Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
• Email ID (to be verified through OTP).
• Candidates scanned signatures in running handwriting
• SC /ST Certificate (only for candidates requesting free passes for train travel) in PDF format (up to 400KB)
• Matriculation/ 10th Class Certificate to fill in the details

Documents are to be uploaded at the time of Registration

The candidates need to submit their passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration at the time of submitting the SSC GD Apply Online Form.
