SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration 2025

The handwritten declaration for SBI Clerk 2025 Exam has to be written in the candidate’s own handwriting only, and the text is supposed to be written in the English language only. The text should be written just as mentioned below and should NOT BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS. SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration 2025 Format

When a candidate begins to fill SBI Clerk Application form, then he/she has to write a declaration in their own handwriting, which has to be uploaded along with the application with a file size of 50 to 100 kbs and dimensions of 800 x 400 pixels.  

“I,______(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph, and left thumb impression are of mine”.

SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration- Important Points

While uploading the hand declaration, candidates must check that the Dimension should be 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI i.e. 10 cm x 5 cm and the File Size should be 50 kb- 100 kb. Other important points that are needed to be kept in mind while writing SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration are as follows- 

Language: Write the declaration in English only.

Handwriting: It must be written in your own handwriting. Typed or printed declarations are not allowed.

Paper: Use clean, white, unruled paper for writing the declaration.

Image Format: After writing, scan the declaration in JPG/JPEG format. The file size should be between 50 KB and 100 KB (as per the notification). 

Legibility: Ensure the text is clear and readable.

Black Ink- The applicant has to write the SBI Clerk hand declaration in with black ink only.
