SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration 2024, Official Format

Applicants need to submit a declaration in their own words, confirming the authenticity of the information provided, the accuracy of their answers, and the originality of their documentation. They should produce the required papers for verification as specified. The self-declaration for SBI Clerk is a mandatory requirement for every applicant to be submitted while filling SBI Clerk Application Form 2024. Candidates must submit the SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration 2024 in the format prescribed by SBI. After writing the declaration, scan the file and upload it as per the required specifications during the application process. Below is the text format for SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration as mentioned in SBI Clerk Notification 2024. 

“I,______(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph, and left thumb impression are of mine”.

SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration- Important Points

While uploading the hand declaration, candidates must check that the Dimension should be 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI i.e. 10 cm x 5 cm and the File Size should be 50 kb- 100 kb. Other important points that are needed to be kept in mind while writing SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration are as follows- 

Language: Write the declaration in English only.

Handwriting: It must be written in your own handwriting. Typed or printed declarations are not allowed.

Paper: Use clean, white, unruled paper for writing the declaration.

Image Format: After writing, scan the declaration in JPG/JPEG format. The file size should be between 50 KB and 100 KB (as per the notification). 

Legibility: Ensure the text is clear and readable.

Black Ink- The applicant has to write the SBI Clerk hand declaration in with black ink only.
