RRB Technician Exam City Intimation 2026 Out, Check Exam City & Date

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released city intimation slips for RRB Technician 2026 CBT Exam (CEN 02/2025). Till now, the exam city slips are released only for candidates who have their exam on 6th, 9th, and 10th March 2026. The RRB Technician City Intimation 2026 has been released for the candidates whose applications were accepted to inform them of their alloted exam city, shift timing and scheduled exam date. The candidates can download their slips and plan their travel to their respective exam cities accordingly.

The RRB Technician 2026 CBT Exam for CEN 02/2025 will be conducted on 6th, 9th, 10th, and 13th March 2026 (revised dates) in three shifts each day. The railway board has announced 6238 vacancies for Technician Grade 1 Signal and Grade 3 posts, for which CBT, Document Verification, and Medical Examination will be conducted to fill the vacancies.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RRB Technician City Intimation Slip 2026 online at https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/ and other regional websites. Candidates must enter their registration number and date of birth to download their respective slips and check their exam city and shift details. 

1. Visit the Railway Recruitment Board's (RRB) official website for your respective region.
2. On the homepage, click on “Technician (CEN 02/2025)- City Intimation Slip”.
3. Enter your Registration Number and Password (Date of Birth) on the login page.
4. Type the characters as shown in the image.
5. Upon clicking on “Login”, your RRB Technician City Intimation Slip 2026 appears on the screen.
6. Download and check your exam city so as to plan accordingly.

What Details To Be Checked on RRB Technician City Intimation Slip 2026?

The candidates must note that the city intimation slip is not the official admit card that needs to be presented at the time of entry. RRB Technician Exam City Slip 2026 just informs you about the exam city and shift details. Only the details mentioned below are presented on the intimation slip. 

• Exam City/State- The name of the city and state where the candidate's exam centre is located. This helps candidates to plan their travel and accommodation as necessary.
• Exam Date- The scheduled date for the exam. Candidates are advised to note the date carefully to avoid any confusion.
• Shift- Candidates are also informed of their respective shifts, during which they have to appear for the exam.
• Reporting Time- The time at which candidates must report to the exam centre, as per the shift allotted.
• Gate Closure Time- The gate closing time is also mentioned on the exam city slip; the gates shall be closed
• Exam Start Time- Each shift start time is notified, and each shift is 90 minutes.

What After Downloading RRB Technician City Intimation?

After the release of the RRB Technician Exam City Intimation Slip, the board will release the RRB Technician Admit Card 2026 around 4 days before the exam date. The candidate's admit cards will carry the complete exam venue address and other details.
