RRB Technician City Intimation Slip 2026 Out for All Candidates, Grade 1 & 3 Exam City

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released RRB Technician Exam City Intimation Slip 2026 for all candidates who applied for Grade 1 and Grade 3 posts (CEN 02/2026). The city intimation slips has been released for the candidates who have applied for 6557 Technician Grade 1 Signal and Grade 3 vacancies. As of today, exam city slips are available for the exam scheduled from 6 to 9 October 2026.  

The RRB Technician City Intimation 2026 has been released for all the candidates whose applications were accepted to inform them of their allotted exam city, shift timing, and scheduled exam date. Candidates can download their exam city slips and plan their travel and accommodations accordingly.

RRB Technician CBT Exam has been scheduled for 6, 7, 8, and 9 October 2026, for which RRB Technician City Slips are released 10 days before each exam date at www.rrb.indianrailways.gov.in. The slips can be downloaded by using their login details, i.e., their registration number and Password (Date of birth). RRB Technician Admit Card 2026 with exam centre details has been released on 2 October 2026.

How to Download RRB Technician Grade 1 & 3 Exam City Slip 2026?

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released RRB Technician Grade 3 City Intimation Slip 2026 online at www.rrb.indianrailways.gov.in and follow the steps below. 

1. Visit the Railway Recruitment Board's (RRB) official website, www.rrb.indianrailways.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on “Technician (CEN 02/2026)- City Intimation Slip”.
3. Enter your registration number and password (date of birth) on the login page.
4. Type the characters as shown in the image.
5. Upon clicking on “Login”, your RRB Technician City Intimation Slip appears on the screen.
6. Download and check your exam city to plan accordingly.

What Details Should You Check on the RRB Technician Grade 3 City Intimation Slip 2026?

The candidates must note that the city intimation slip is not the official admit card that needs to be presented at the time of entry. RRB Technician Exam City Slip 2026 just informs you about the exam city and shift details. Only the details mentioned below will be presented on the intimation slip. 

• Exam City/State- The name of the city and state where the candidate's exam centre is located. This helps candidates to plan their travel and accommodation as necessary.
• Exam Date- The scheduled date for the exam. Candidates are advised to note the date carefully to avoid any confusion.
• Shift- Candidates are also informed of their respective shifts, during which they have to appear for the exam.
• Reporting Time- The time at which candidates must report to the exam centre, as per the shift allotted.
• Gate Closure Time- The gate closing time is also mentioned on the exam city slip; the gates shall be closed
• Exam Start Time- Each shift start time is notified, and each shift is 90 minutes.

What to do after downloading the RRB Technician Grade 3 City Intimation?

After the RRB Technician Exam City Intimation Slip is released, the board will release the RRB Technician Admit Card 2026 around 4 days before the exam date. The candidate's admit cards will carry the complete exam venue address and other details.
